We accept returns for both SALE items and new collection items, provided they are registered for return within 14 days and your order meets our return conditions.

Ensure your return meets the following requirements:

  • Your return is registered within 14 days.

  • The sneakers are unworn. This means no creases in the shoes, no dirt, and/or signs of wear.

  • The box is in good condition, as it was received.

  • All tags (such as factory tags, extra laces, additional cards, and any other included items) must be attached to the product!

  • Your return is sent in a shipping box, not in the sneaker box or a bag.

  • We only accept returns created via our return portal.

  • ALWAYS ship your products in an additional outer box. Keep your shipping receipt safe! We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

If you ordered 2 items, one with express delivery and one with standard delivery, the express delivery will still be shipped within 48 hours.

If your package is marked as “delivered,” but you haven’t received it, please let us know within 5 business days. After this period, we can no longer be held responsible for the loss, as the insurance will no longer be valid.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages if DPD indicates they were left at the door or around the house.
Packages that are not picked up at a service point or returned to us due to an incorrect address will incur a €15 fee.

This is certainly possible, and we advise you to contact us so we can make the adjustment.

Orders with Klarna, Paypa, Riverty & Scalapay we can not change it because of the rules.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once the package has already been shipped.

Within 4 hours: We will not charge any extra fees.

After 4 hours, shipping and payment fees will be applied. We operate internationally and incur costs within 4 hours to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Additionally, if you ordered with Klarna, it brings additional costs for us that we do not recover from Klarna. These costs will also be calculated, depending on the order amount.

Packages that are refused upon delivery will incur a fee of €15 for shipping and payment costs.
